You will be part of a dynamic, amotious team and you will act as a key business partner, fostering a strong relationship with all business units, and providing support in monthly closure process, board of director deck and various analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with finance departments and business units to develop annual budget and forecasts, preparing templates and compiling figures.
· Support management’s decision-making processes by analyzing financial data, providing insights, identifying trends and areas of improvement to optimize financial outcomes.
· Monitor and improve internal financial processes, reports and systems, working with cross-functional departments, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
· Prepare financial models, assess new business cases and various ad-hoc requests, reconciling and interpreting data in order to analyze variances and key metrics.
· Maintain and continuously improve performance indicators and dashboards.

Key Requirements
· 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Control/FP&A, preferably experience in the commodity trading sector.
· Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI), and desirable experience with LucaNet and Dynamics.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high focus on details and a proactive mentality.
· Self-starter and autonomous attitude. Result-driven and flexible to support a global and fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
