AMSTERDAM (February 28, 2024) — STX Group, a global leader in environmental commodities trading and climate solutions, today announces the relocation of its Amsterdam headquarters to the cutting-edge office building, CROSSOVER, in Amsterdam Zuid. The move reflects the company’s dynamic pace of growth since its establishment in 2005 and underscores the firm’s commitment to sustainable growth and energy efficiency as key levers for corporate action. Situated in Amsterdam Zuid, the new premises place STX Group at the heart of the business district and maintains a close link to the historic and lively neighborhoods of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and the city center.

Formerly headquartered in the historic Grachtengordel neighborhood, STX Group’s new office spans across 3 spacious floors in CROSSOVER which excels in sustainability performance as certified by its Energy Label A+++ and WELL Silver Certification. The new STX Group premises achieve an ‘Outstanding’ score within BREEAM-NL – the highest possible sustainable rating, aligning closely with the company’s sustainability goals and ambitions. CROSSOVER leverages renewable energy sources by using solar panels and borehole thermal energy and integrates sustainability features including smart mobility solutions, energy-efficient elevators and occupancy control for lighting, among others.
